For our partner in the energy industry we are looking for a Reporting Manager (m/f/d) at the Berlin site. Working on HVDC projects offers you the chance to be at the forefront of the renewable energy revolution. Your expertise will directly impact large-scale energy solutions, giving you a unique opportunity to advance your career in a field thats making a difference on a global scale. Your task: Management of accurate and timely project reports in collaboration with project managers Monitoring of project metrics, creation of dashboards for progress visualization, and identification of improvement opportunities Tracking of project risks and reflection of risk management strategies in reports Collaboration with the finance team for monitoring and reporting on project finances Preparation and presentation of regular reports for management and various stakeholders Gathering and verification of data from different teams to ensure accuracy Assurance of adherence to internal standards and regulatory requirements Optimization of reporting processes and tools based on stakeholder feedback Your qualification: Academic degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field 5+ years in project management, reporting, or a similar role within large-scale projects Proficiency in project management software, data visualization tools, and advanced Microsoft Excel Native English speaker; proficiency in German and Dutch is a plus Strong attention to detail and excellent communication abilities We offer you: Permanent employment contract A competitive salary Flexible working hours and home office options Opportunity for professional development and training Great working atmosphere and a highly motivated team Constant support from a dedicated contact person Show us what moves and motivates you - apply and be part of our inspiring corporate culture!
