For our partner in the energy industry we are looking for a Project Manger (m/f/d) at the Berlin site. Become a key player in Europes renewable energy movement by managing offshore HVDC projects that are critical to achieving ambitious sustainability targets. As a Project Manager, you will oversee complex, high-stakes projects that drive innovation in energy transmission technology. Your task: Support in project planning, execution, and closure in the sustainability area Coordination of project activities and monitoring of project progress Development, documentation, and implementation of project processes and best practices Collaboration with cross-functional teams for requirements gathering and process optimization Preparation and presentation of reports on project status and process efficiency Assurance of compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements Monitoring of sustainability requirements and supplier compliance Management of sustainability documentation and deliverables for customers Your qualification: Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Management, Sustainability Management, Energy Technology, or a related field Initial experience in project management, ideally in sustainability, renewable energy, or process optimization Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Experience in collaboration with cross-functional teams and supplier management Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with project management tools is a plus Excellent communication skills in English We offer you: Permanent employment contract A competitive salary Flexible working hours and home office options Opportunity for professional development and training Great working atmosphere and a highly motivated team Constant support from a dedicated contact person Show us what moves and motivates you - apply and be part of our inspiring corporate culture!
