For our partner in the energy industry we are looking for a IT Process Architect (m/f/d) at the Düsseldorf site. Join a company actively shaping the future of energy. As an IT Process Architect, you will develop and implement IT strategies that drive efficiency and innovation, ensuring robust digital frameworks for the challenges ahead in the energy sector. The position is to be filled 90% remotely with 1-2 meetings in Düsseldorf. Your task: Manage and oversee the entire service management process architecture in line with ITIL methodology Deliver and facilitate training on processes, methods, and architecture Provide consultancy and support in service management process transformation Assess and lead potential change impacts on Uniper´s business Promote active communication of the process architecture to relevant functions in alignment with enterprise architecture Ensure process standards comply with company policies and are properly documented; perform quality assurance and monitor process maturity for continuous improvement Your qualification: Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles Expertise in ITIL v4 methodology Experience working in service management teams Proven experience with process architecture design and management Excellent communication and training skills Ability to assess and manage change impacts effectively Strong analytical and problem-solving skills We offer you: A competitive salary Flexible working hours and home office options Opportunity for professional development and training Great working atmosphere and a highly motivated team Constant support from a dedicated contact person Show us what moves and motivates you - apply and be part of our inspiring corporate culture!
