Profil: We, RTS Wind AG, are the specialists for international personnel deployment in the future-oriented wind energy sector. Whether in the construction and maintenance of wind turbines or the repair of rotor blades, our teams are optimally trained for the projects. We are also the right career partner for technical specialists and managers with industry experience or expert knowledge. We work for our clients in various offshore wind farms in the North and Baltic Seas. When working offshore, you are usually away from home for 14 days and at home for 14 days. For our client we are currently looking for an: Offshore Supervisor (all genders) (offshore in 14-day rotation) These tasks have to be mastered: Coordinate offshore service operations on site during the installation phase Prepare daily reports and ensure an outstanding documentation of works Create service work orders in ERP (SAP) Planning of annual service and maintenance General support to the SOV Shift Leader and Service Manager Your profile: Completed electrical degree from a technical school, college or university Profound experience in a similar position Willing to travel to other sites when required Good English and German skills in reading / writing Full driving license We offer: A family-friendly and easily plannable work rhythm An attractive salary Very good chances of being employed by the client A permanent contract with 14/14 rotation-scheme Company fitness program EGYM Wellpass Are you ready to go offshore?
