The team "Customer Channels and Digital Commerce” is driven by customers’ needs and market demands. We are shaping the digital transformation of the BMW Financial Services business worldwide. In addition to defining digital strategy and roadmap, we’re in close alignment to implementation partners to ensure value creation from customer to code. Ihre Aufgaben You are responsible for projects in the field of business transformation – e.g. online quotation and offering, opportunity management and other digital customer services. Coming from customers’ needs and market demands, you translate the overall strategy and target picture into an executable roadmap with clear requirements for different digital products/channels. You work closely with product owners, international markets, external suppliers to ensure the implementation of the requirements. Together with the product owner, you are driving the definition and harmonization of the digital customer journey across all markets and respective channels. Additionally, you are responsible for stakeholder and community management in an international set-up. Ihr Profil Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, business information systems or comparable. Minimum of three years of experience with customer frontends or customer services with passion for the fleet business and mobility sector. Profound knowledge and experience in one or more of the following fields: project management, agile methods and tools, UX/UI design, analytics. You have the talent to grasp and structure complex issues quickly. You enjoy organizing complex projects effectively. You are fluent in both English and German, and you can drive positive outcomes within the team using your communication skills.
