Stellenbeschreibung: About the Job We’re looking for a motivated Workplace Agent (m/f/d) (minijob - 10h/week) to join our office and workplace management team to support creating a happy and motivating workplace environment. In your day-to-day work, you’ll focus on designing the premises and ensuring a pleasant working atmosphere. Our Office & Workplace Management team ensures the smooth operation of Project A’s office while providing a wide range of administration support: From planning company events to handling purchases. In this role, you’ll: Ensure employees and visitors feel welcome and relevant services are provided (such as snacks & beverage program) Provide an open door to employees to chat an exchange about their daily tasks Help newcomers to settle in the office Support in ordering and managing office supplies, from highlighters to filing cabinets Your Profile Extensive experience in office operations, front-desk, customer service or hotel industry, HR, catering service or event management Proven track record in coordinating and organising, service ready with a professional attitude People oriented and always an open ear for the desires and needs of your colleagues - making others happy makes you happy Ready to help mentality, flexible mindset, and reliable to others Can work onsite Fluent in Germanand English Please note that we are looking for support in our Berlinoffice. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
