Stellenbeschreibung: Intro BT Advisor helps companies in setting up test procedures and test procedure landscapes, it helps test laboratories to set up test equipment to execute these tests and it supports companies in the battery industry in regulatory aspects. Tasks Assist in evaluating battery testing and validation procedures Support by evaluating impact and effort of different battery test approaches Evaluate market developments Collaborate with the founder to develop testing procedures and protocols Contribute ideas for improving battery validation Structure data and research Work in projects for customers as well as internal projects and supporting the podcasting activities Requirements Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in the field of electrical engineering or other related programs Strong interest in battery technology (large batteries used in EV, EVTOL, machinery, BESS) and validation consulting Ideally first experience in working with batteries (development, validation, operation) Good communication skills and ability to work in a team Detail-oriented and ablility to develop solutions independently Ability to understand challenges and figure out the important questions Available to work part-time during weekdays Benefits You are joining a small company with the drive to grow and you can become active part of this growth.
