The role of the Working Student Founders' Associate is a pivotal position that allows you to experience up close and shape the growth trajectory of WETHEBRANDS. This position is made for a clever, diligent and detail-oriented individual with a "can-do” attitude and healthy pinch of pragmatism. What will you do? Support the founding team and C-Level executives in strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations Prepare executive and investor meetings Help to shape the corporate strategy Run and support priority projects of the founders - ranging from finance to technology, from daily operations to strategic decisions Requirements What do we expect? You are self-driven, solution-oriented, highly-organized and ambitious to learn with a hands-on mentality You have the ability to master the art of attention to detail, quick problem-solving and extremely fast execution You love to handle multiple tasks, always stay positive and meet challenges with a smile You are great at building presentations, Excel and Word and you love to make use of tools like Slack and ClickUp to increase efficiency and transparency You have excellent communication skills in both, German and English Benefits Why join WETHEBRANDS?
