- Help us decarbonize the cement and concrete industry. alcemy was
founded to reduce the massive CO2 footprint of the cement and concrete
industry. Concrete is humanity's second most used material by volume
and its production is responsible for around 8% of global CO2
emissions. We are changing this! We leverage machine learning to
provide smart production control software to the cement and concrete
supply chain to improve efficiency and allow for the production of
low-carbon cement and concrete at large scale. Our software is used
24/7 in cement and concrete plants to optimize production and reduce
carbon emissions today. We are currently enabling our customers to
save more than 100 000 tons of CO2 emissions each year and we aim to
save 100 million tons per year in 2030. Now as we’re growing we need
you to support our PR & Marketing Team. What you'd be doing: Join the
PR & Marketing team as a working student for up to 20 hours/week.
Support in the development and execution of communication strategies
for internal and external stakeholders. Create and manage content for
our website, our Linkedin account and the alcemy newsletter.
Contribute to the planning and implementation of PR and marketing
campaigns. Research and prepare content related to sustainable
concrete, Greentech, and decarbonization. Support the organization of
events and our webinar of the alcemy academy. Take your first steps in
the industry working in a startup where your actions truly have an
impact. Help save the planet! Within the first month, you will... Go
through the onboarding process and familiarize yourself with the team,
our mission, products, and customers. Immerse yourself in our
communication strategy and learn how to tailor our story for specific
target audiences. Create your first LinkedIn content and assist in
writing articles. Within three months, you will... Take ownership of
exciting individual communication projects with our customers. Manage
campaigns using our Pipedrive tool and take responsibility for the
alcemy newsletter. Create and design content for LinkedIn and other
platforms. Write articles about our mission and products for trade
journals. Requirements You'd be a great fit if: You care about
fighting climate change. You are currently enrolled in a degree
program in Communications, PR, Media, Marketing, or a related field at
a German university. You are a good communicator. You have a passion
for sustainability and Greentech topics. You have good written and
verbal communication skills in both German and English. You are
creative and have a keen sense for compelling storytelling. You have a
proactive and structured work approach with a high level of
initiative. Even better: You have experience with social media
platforms and programs like Canva. Previous practical experience in
communication, PR, or marketing is a plus. Benefits What We Offer: An

process is fully remote and we’ll communicate with you over email
and video chat. Initial 1:1 screening call (30 minutes) with one of
our team members Complete a take-home task relevant to the actual work
you’d be doing A team and technical interview (60 minutes) with 2 of
your future team members Note: We cannot offer relocation support for
this position, and due to regulations, you need to be enrolled in a
