customers and resellers – on the phone, by email or chat • Advice
on all matters, e.g. orders, customized offers or questions about
technical details • Lead tracking and preparation of quotations •
Initial basic advice on technical details • Telephone follow-up •
Customer relationship management and development of measures to
acquire new customers • Independent pursuit and constant focus on
individual and cross-team goals Qualifikation Technical understanding
and enthusiasm for working with other people • (First) professional
experience in dealing with customers, preferably in customer service
• Keeping a calm overview even in moments with many and varied
enquiries • Ideally a very good technical understanding and
knowledge of VoIP and collaboration tools • High customer
orientation and an equally high level of empathy and integrity • An
independent, structured and committed way of working • Interest in
and understanding of digital sales and the corresponding processes •
