As we expand, we’re looking for a driven and passionate Sales assistant to join us in our second location soon to be launched in Berlin Mitte! Aufgaben What Success Looks Like in the Early Months: You have provided excellent customer service, welcoming guests and helping them with product selection. You have maintained the store’s cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal according to ONIBAR’s standards. You have handled customer transactions efficiently, ensuring a smooth and pleasant checkout experience. You have assisted in managing inventory, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and that products are displayed attractively. You have helped create a positive and inviting store atmosphere, embodying ONIBAR’s commitment to hospitality. You have supported the team in achieving sales goals by actively promoting products and upselling when appropriate. You have worked closely with the Store Manager to improve store performance and customer satisfaction. Qualifikation Experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally in food retail or a fast-paced consumer environment. A passion for food and hospitality, with a customer-first attitude. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. Organized and reliable, with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. Fluent in English & German.
