Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Venture Lead (m/f/d) to take ownership of our Pensionfriend team, driving the next stage of growth and ensuring operational excellence. As the Venture Lead, you will blend the roles of Chief of Staff and Business Development Lead. You will be responsible for overseeing the team, enhancing our operational functions, and spearheading business growth initiatives. This leadership position requires a proactive mindset, a track record of success in operations and business development, and the ability to learn quickly and deeply understand the pension space. Tasks Strategic Growth: Develop and implement our growth strategy to scale the business. Client Acquisition: Explore and develop new channels to acquire clients. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow our advisor team, providing training, coaching, and fostering talent. Process Optimization: Enhance client acquisition processes, decision-making regarding pensions/savings, and product enrollment/adjustment. Collaboration: Work closely with our IT and quantitative teams to improve products and client experiences. Analytics Development: Establish robust analytics to support business optimization and agile strategy adjustments. Requirements Minimum of two years experience in Operations Management and Business Development. Strong leadership, team management, and strategic planning skills. Quick learning abilities, ideally with in-depth knowledge of the pension space. Analytical mindset focused on continuous improvement. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent German skills and proficiency in English Consulting background is highly desirable. Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA encouraged).
