and your tasks: As the VP of Sales (m/f/ d) , you will be responsible
for driving revenue growth, leading our sales team, and expanding our
global market presence. Therefore, you will be responsible for: Sales
Strategy and Execution : With our CEO, develop and implement
comprehensive sales strategies to continue our strong ARR growth,
identify market opportunities and set sales objectives. Strategic
Leadership and Team Development : Ensure sales targets are met by
establishing a high-performing sales team, including hiring, mentoring
and coaching. Foster a culture of success, collaboration, and
continuous improvement. Organizational Development : Set up a second
management layer by hiring and developing team leaders within the
sales organization. Performance Metrics: Set performance metrics for
the sales team and track progress. Implement strategies to improve
sales performance and productivity. Sales Operations : Oversee sales
operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
Ensure efficient and effective sales processes. Collaboration : Work
closely with the Marketing and Product teams to align efforts and
ensure a cohesive approach to achieving company goals. Key Accounts:
Lead high-level negotiations with key customers to ensure the closing
of major deals. Ensure terms are favorable for both, the company and
the customer. Requirements Now let’s talk about you: You have strong
leadership skills with the ability to build, manage and inspire a
high-performing sales team within the b2b SaaS industry. You have
proven experience successfully achieving and exceeding sales targets
and driving revenue growth for an enterprise B2B SaaS product,
preferably in eCommerce. You have a strong understanding of sales
processes and excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation
skills. You have strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze
data, make informed decisions and think strategically to develop
comprehensive sales strategies. You are proficient with CRM software
and sales analytics tools. You speak business fluent English and
German. Fluency in Spanish or French is a plus. You ideally have an
academic background in Business, Marketing or a related field. **The
