This role offers a unique opportunity to actively dive into multiple disciplines, from project management to corporate strategy. You will join the Padawan Guild , our professional development program, where you’ll gain practical, hands-on insights into how we devise strategies, manage companies and people, as well as other topics from corporate management and the games industry. The kind of stuff you’ll be doing Participate and support in the process of founding and managing game development studios Assist in financing projects and establishing sustainable business models Work on operational challenges, corporate projects, and strategy in game development Support diverse projects across different rcp family studios and contribute to the overall success of the business, such as: Devise and establish new processes Help organize events and developer gatherings for our developers (DevSummits) Support the publishing efforts of our studios And many more Why should you join the rcp Padawans?
