Your tasks Support in requirements analysis, consulting and implementation for our specialist departments Supporting the operation and further development of our SharePoint intranet (e.g. the development of further content & formats in the M365 cosmos and the regular creation of news posts) Active participation in our Collaboration Heroes Community and support in the community management of our Copilot for M365 Champions Implementation of training measures in cooperation with our colleagues in the People Experience team (recording extensive training courses, video snippets, maintenance of wiki articles and documentation) for all target groups Supporting IT support at 2nd/3rd level for M365 Continuous training on Microsoft 365 and desire to familiarize yourself with new topics, MS Copilot for M365 Your Profile Enthusiasm for Microsoft 365, especially Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online Initial experience in the Digital Workplace environment an advantage Desire for innovation and creative ideas Implementation mentality (not a theory mastermind) Focus on people - high social competence with the ability to convince Excellent communication skills as well as very good German and English skills (written and oral) Nice to have: relevant Microsoft certifications We offer Be you at IU: We support and empower you to achieve your personal and professional goals.
