Tasks Your tasks Technical support for existing business relationships Customer Service & Support & Customer Communication Technical clarification of customer requirements Direct technical interface to customers worldwide Technical analysis in the area of hardware & software internal products Communication interface between customers and internal stakeholders Installation and support of the optical systems at the customer Requirements Completed technical training (HTL, FH, TU) with a focus on electrical engineering, electronics, computer science or equivalent Benefits Your profile Completed technical training (HTL, FH, TU) with a focus on electrical engineering, electronics, computer science or equivalent Good technical understanding (especially in the field of opto-mechatronics, cameras) Fluent in written and spoken English and German Willingness to travel (worldwide) Knowledge of software (C++), current libraries and computer vision desirable Independent and responsible work Proactive and communicative personality with organizational skills
