Stellenbeschreibung: Join us on the mission of democratizing access to education and play a key role in integrating conversational AI into our websites, providing customers with highly personalized experiences. This position is available immediately in full-time (40hrs./week) at our locations or remotely within Germany or UK . Our Stack VueJS 3 and Nuxt 3 with TypeScript; StoryBlok CMS via RestAPI; NodeJS; Vite; TailwindCSS; ChatGPT Integrations; Microservices with PHP 8.3 and Laravel Don't worry if you lack experience with any technology in our stack—if you're passionate about learning and growth, we still encourage you to apply! Responsibilities Lead technical decision-making, oversee system design, and provide mentorship to foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence. Conduct comprehensive code reviews, uphold high coding standards, and ensure quality output from the team. Collaborate with product owners and UX designers to design scalable, robust solutions that align with business objectives. Work with the Head of Engineering to ensure team policies and practices align with broader technology strategies and OKRs. Promote a culture of continuous experimentation and high performance, enhancing engineering processes and product outcomes. Requirements Several years of software development experience, including time in a senior technical role leading projects. Expertise in VueJS, NuxtJS and TypeScript Proficient in PHP with a framework like Laravel Knowledge of AWS with Kubernetes and Terraform is a plus Ability to lead technical decisions, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. Solid experience in Agile methodologies, Lean practices, and their implementation. Proficiency in English is required, German is a plus.
