Christmas and holiday bonuses - Up to 30 days vacation per year - Representation by a nationwide central works council - Free work safety clothing and regular preventive medical checkups - Thorough induction/training provided by our client company Ihre Aufgaben - Independently perform routine analytical activities related to the development of a viral therapeutic, e.g. potency, content or impurity testing - Execution and evaluation of analytical results - Contribute to the preparation of analytical test results in collaboration with the project team - Participation in process and formulation development according to analytical requirements - Flexible and project-oriented test execution - Supporting the process experts and scientists in the implementation and execution of time-bound project goals - Provision of work packages Unsere Anforderungen - Successful Bachelor's or Master's degree with several years of professional experience in pharmacy, biotechnology, biology, virology, biochemistry or a comparable degree - Alternatively, equivalent completed training as a technical assistant, ideally with initial professional experience - Knowledge of or initial experience with analytical methods for determining the content, efficacy or impurities of ATMPs such as TCID50, NTA, MFI, qPCR, ELISAs - Experience in handling and cultivating cell cultures is an advantage - Ability and willingness to learn new techniques and analytical methods - Very good written and spoken German and fluent English skills - Excellent communication skills, agility and quick perception - Negotiation, presentation and organizational skills - High sense of quality and responsibility - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
