Aufgaben Setting and implementation of standards and best practices amongst the IT Ops, monitoring and service desk teams Managing all IT outsourcing partners, conducting vendor meetings and documenting and controlling vendor performance. Supporting the CIO in definition and implementation of a policy framework for IT Operations Responsibility for recertification of documentation and ensuring regulatory compliance Implementation of IAM across internal applications Performance management of IT Ops, Monitoring and Service desk and Market Ops teams.
