Intro My client, a globally operating Private Equity firm are looking for an Office Manager who has Team Management experience! Tasks This person oversees office operations and team leadership, including: ➡ Resource allocation: Managing assistant support for Investment Professionals. ➡ Office administration: Overseeing daily organization and processes. ➡ Process improvement: Implementing optimized administrative workflows. ➡ Stakeholder communication: Ensuring clear communication between support staff and investment teams. ➡ Team leadership: Conducting appraisals, meetings, recruitment, and onboarding. ➡ Conflict resolution and problem-solving. ➡ Vendor management: Handling office supplies and service providers. ➡ Event coordination: Organizing office events, monitoring budgets, and coordinating providers. You will also manage office maintenance and collaborate across departments. Requirements ➡ Team Leadership: Experience managing teams, conducting appraisals, and resolving conflicts. ➡ Organization & Process Improvement: Proven ability to optimize office operations and implement efficient workflows. ➡ Stakeholder Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for liaising with Investment Professionals and teams. ➡ Event & Vendor Management: Experience organizing events, handling budgets, and coordinating vendors. ➡ Recruitment & Onboarding: Skilled in hiring and integrating new staff. ➡ Language Proficiency: Native-level German and fluent English are required. ➡ Proactive & Adaptable: Able to multitask, anticipate needs, and adjust to changing priorities. ➡ Detail-Oriented & Problem-Solving: Ensures accuracy and addresses issues effectively.
