Take off with us!   We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer and we are looking for a motivated employee for the position "Supply Chain/ Project Manager" (m/f/d).   (Reference number: 0673SU2024LI)     Your tasks: - Support the cross-functional team to identify and assess potential suppliers and take them to serial contract signature - Lead the cross-functional team to drive contracted suppliers towards industrialization of new products - Ensure the readiness of the supply base by launching capability assessments as well as capacity audits at relevant suppliers - Implement proper risk management to avoid any disruption to the supply of battery pack components - Drive recovery actions internally and at suppliers in case of non-performance - Manage inventories, establish and implement a global warehouse and distribution plan in close collaboration with the logistics team - Work with the Supply Chain Quality Team to ensure that the supply chain will comply to all necessary quality standards of EASA 21G and EN9100 - Establish, measure and monitor supply chain related KPIs - Take part in APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) activities     Your profile: - Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering and similar) and/or Business Administration Degree - Minimum of 4 years of experience in supply chain or technical project management roles - Ideally knowledge in the field of component production - Excellent communications and leadership maturity. Ability to build trust and consensus and secure commitment from all team members.
