Stellenbeschreibung: Intro Central BioHub GmbH, a life sciences company founded in 2017, is seeking an enthusiastic Supplier Management Specialist (m/f/d). With our smart platform, we offer our customers and suppliers a unique opportunity to redefine supply chain and procurement. Our goal is to provide the diagnostics industry with easy access to biospecimens, thereby accelerating biomedical developments. We tackle a wide range of exciting tasks every day and are looking for you to join us as a Supplier Management Specialist - Life Sciences (m/f/d) part-time (20-30 hours) starting immediately. In our Supplier Management department, you will play a central role in managing and optimizing our supplier relationships, ensuring the efficient and successful execution of projects. Tasks Qualifying, acquiring, and onboarding new suppliers (biobanks and clinical research organizations) Maintaining existing supplier relationships Optimizing supplier processes and continuously monitoring supplier quality Requirements Enjoy direct communication with our suppliers (emails, video calls, phone calls) B.Sc. in Biology, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, or a related field, or completed training as a technical assistant; first work experience is welcomed Basic understanding of human biospecimens Strong organizational, assertive, and communication skills High-level English skills ( C1 ), both written and spoken; German language skills are welcomed Very good knowledge of MS Office software (primarily Excel), with a strong affinity for digital tools Benefits Flexible working hours and home office options, allowing family and free time to find their rightful place in your life High Ownership Reward : Passionate about certain aspects of your role?
