Tasks Define and refine software delivery processes for maximum efficiency and quality Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate project objectives and resource allocation Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and optimize workflows Drive operational excellence and high organizational performance Introduce and champion the implementation of Kanban and Scrum methodologies into our existing processes Prepare, lead, and document meetings throughout the product life cycle; including dailies, grooming meetings, and retrospectives Define metrics for success and convey a data-driven mindset Handle resource allocation, task assignments, and workload balancing Collaborate with Product Owners to align development efforts with the product roadmap Maintain documentation of software delivery processes, guidelines, and best practices Proactively anticipate challenges, develop innovative solutions, and implement effective strategies to overcome obstacles in project execution Requirements 4+ years of experience as a Software Delivery Manager, project management, or similar role in a technical environment Experience with project management, Kanban and Agile methodologies Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational abilities and time management skills Strong leadership and collaboration abilities Ability to manage time wisely and work well under pressure Data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics for decision-making Familiarity with industry trends and emerging technologies Fluent English, German language skills are a plus Benefits Job with freedom and significant responsibility to make a difference with our talented international team.
