Job Description Tipico is looking for a ServiceNow System Administrator to join our team. Every day, you’ll work in a highly collaborative and agile environment with cross-functional team members to develop products and create technical solutions that push us forward. Your playing field Monitor the health, usage, and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications Perform day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow platform, including user management, role assignments, and access controls Configure and maintain SLAs, catalog items, and associated workflows Develop and maintain internal technical documentation, manuals, policies, and processes Coordinate application and platform upgrades, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption Design, develop, and configure the ServiceNow platform to automate manual processes and create efficient digital workflows Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing support to end-users Create and maintain standard platform-level reports and dashboards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support enterprise-wide solutions using agile methodologies Proactively identify platform enhancements to maximize value and improve efficiency Qualifikationen Which skills should you bring to the pitch: Education and Experience. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience) Verification. CertifiedServiceNow System Administrator Subject Matter Expert. Minimum of 3 years of experience administering the ServiceNow platform in an enterprise environment Skills. Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and ITSM concepts Language & Framework. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web service integrations (REST, SOAP) Issues are challenges for you. Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management Cloud expertise. Knowledge in AWS Benefit. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification Language skills. You are fluent in English, and it would be an advantage if you had a working knowledge of German Nice-to-have.
