Requirements Educational background : Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in chemical industry; Work experience : more than 10 years of experience in technology development and management in global leading industrial coatings enterprises; Technical expertise : proficient in technical management, keen insight into products and markets, and leadership in key technical problem solving; Management ability : strong capabilities in organization, coordination and communication.
