Work on design, implementation, and testing of our banking as a
service platform. Help maintain a great team culture around
collaboration and creating impact. Help to establish software
engineering best practices. Develop domain expertise in banking.
Supporting the team and Tech Lead in the development of technical
requirements. Collaborate across teams to increase the team's impact.
Utilize state-of-the-art technology to help shape the future of
banking. Proactive communication and exchange with business teams, as
well as technical teams in the Raisin Group. You nurture an inspiring
environment with open communication and a culture of trust. Your
Profile You have a university degree in Computer Science, Engineering,
Information Systems or related fields or equivalent practical
experience. You have strong hands-on experience (min. 4 to 5 years) as
a Software Engineer. You know how to manage software projects to a
successful delivery in a collaborative fashion. You have up-to-date,
in-depth knowledge of the software development lifecycle in modern
backend technologies (Node.JS/TypeScript, Terraform, python is a plus
but not mandatory). You are comfortable with open code and
architecture discussions. You bring experience with AWS Services
(especially Serverless) and RESTful-APIs. Optional plus: Experience
with Payments Schemes/XML files. You have experience with Relational
Databases (i.e. MySQL), Object Relational Mapping (ORM, i.e. Prisma)
and NoSQL (i.e. DynamoDB). Very good communication skills; Fluency in
English; German-language skills are a plus but not mandatory. In-depth
experience in agile software development according to Kanban and/or
