Stellenbeschreibung: Intro Hoola is changing how brands interact with their customers, disrupting how two of the largest industries in commerce work (support + marketing). We empower eCommerce brands to build AI Agents that fully automate service conversations, while generating new marketing opportunities in the process. Our unique position stands on two core beliefs: Customer Experience is being reimagined. The separation of support + marketing will disappear - leading to a new single category of tools, powered by AI. Support data is normally lost - until now . Hoola scans all conversations for actionable insights (i.e. purchase intent) as well as relevant data to be used later in marketing (birthdays, preferences, etc) by the same AI agents. We're pioneering a new way forward for businesses to reach and support their customers and would love to have you onboard Tasks We have a ton of work to do, from projects at their inception to polishing of existing features. Here's some examples of the cool stuff you could work on: Building interfaces to test/create AI skills Multichannel dashboard with realtime feed/message/event streaming Creation of entirely new channels + integrating with existing support solutions Building out a livechat widget for clients' sites Working on our mobile app Working on our canvas based flow builder Creating dashboards around revenue attribution, AI resolution metrics and more Requirements We’re using TypeScript across the board, and are using: Backend ⛷️Fastify Postgres/ScyllaDB/Redis NATS Frontend ️ Vue + Vuetify Vue Flow (Canvas) Benefits Joining a small team to heavily influence the product Exciting (and challenging) work, building the foundations of Konvo Work directly with the founders from our coworking space in the heart of Berlin Competitive package, we want you to have equity and share in Konvo's growth Closing Do you only meet some of the requirements?
