Intro Join Our Team as Senior Sales Executive! As Senior Sales Executive, you will be the driving force behind our sales engine in the DACH region. Your primary focus will be taking over prospects, winning potential customers, and expanding our sales reach. Your mission? Transforming interest into closed deals in the DACH region. Tasks Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach, surpassing sales targets through effective deal closure. Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients and decision-makers. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Collaborate seamlessly with the sales and marketing team. Requirements Must-Have: A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or e-commerce with proven track record of consistently exceeding targets. Native Proficiency in German and English. Proven experience in an early-stage startup, particularly at the Seed Stage. Demonstrated ability to find prospects, conduct outreach, and close deals effectively. You are: Hustler: You are driven, energetic, and relentless in pursuing goals.
