a Senior Sales Executive DACH. ▶︎ Your Mission Become a key player
in one of Poland's (Warsaw based) rapidly expanding IT Consultancy. As
a seasoned Sales Professional in the IT services industry, you will
work directly with the founders, with the opportunity to significantly
influence the future growth of LLI. Your primary objectives will be to
drive substantial revenue growth, broaden LLI's market reach in DACH
and streamline our sales operations, thereby playing a pivotal role in
the company’s long-term success. LLI Informatics is an IT consulting
company with dozens of satisfied clients across Europe and North
America with the mission to build the best software consultancy in the
EU and beyond. Built and led by engineers and ex-startup founders, we
understand the challenges of IT projects and know how to deliver
according to plan, with impeccable quality and under strict compliance

Your Responsibilities Lead Generation: Generate new leads and manage
the sales process from initiation to closure in close collaboration
with Tech founders. Revenue Achievement: Ensure the achievement of set
revenue targets. Sales Process Development: Develop and refine a
repeatable, scalable sales process to drive revenue growth. Industry
Insight: Stay abreast of industry trends and understand client market
needs. Strategic Advising: Act as a market expert, advising the
founders on relevant developments and serving as a strategic partner.
Best Practices Implementation: Implement best practices in sales
methods. Engineering Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the
delivery team to develop customized, feasible offering that meet
client’s needs. Requirements ▶︎ Your Profile 7+ Years of
Experience in SME Sales: Demonstrated success in sales within small to
medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Expertise in Selling Software
Development Solutions: In-depth understanding of software development
products and services, with a proven track record of success.
Pragmatic and Driven Seller: A results-oriented professional who
thrives on challenges and enjoys building and scaling new initiatives.
Solution-Oriented Seller: Deeply understands the pain points and needs
of clients, fostering long-term relationships. The average engagement
time at LLI is three years since its founding. High Level of
Ownership: Takes full responsibility for projects and client success.
Willingness to travel : Openness to run meetings and workshops for the
clients in their offices or visiting LLI’s HQ in Poland for
trainings and aligments. Proficiency in German at a native or
near-native level (C2 level) Leadership Experience (Preferred):
Leadership skills are not mandatory but are considered a valuable
asset. Sector Experience (Preferred): Experience in healthcare,
