Join our team and take the lead in managing an international sales

strategy, inspire a talented team, and drive success across key
markets. Your maintask Inspiring leadership of an international team
to strategically promote and sell the organization’s products and
services, consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets while
aligning with the company’s overall sales vision Proactive analysis
of market trends, future needs, and growth opportunities, ensuring the
team remains ahead of challenges and capitalizes on profit potential
Skilled in identifying, researching, and connecting with new clients,
building long-term, positive relationships that drive future sales and
customer loyalty Champion customer feedback and monitor competitor
activities, enabling quick adaptation to shifting market conditions
and evolving customer expectations Develop and implement strategic
sales plans on an annual, quarterly, and monthly basis, ensuring
sustained growth and success Empowering and guiding a high-performing
team of 20+ professionals across Germany, Austria and Switzerland,
fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture Requirements 5-10
years of leadership experience managing teams across sales, internal
sales, and technical sales functions Proven expertise in component
business, service business, or comparable business models, including
distribution and OEM environments Solid project management experience,
providing valuable support and insights into sales and business
operations Fluent in German and English; proficiency in French is an
