Your profile You will Oversee the overall QA strategy, process improvements, and quality frameworks for Circunomics' software products. Develop, manage and mentor our existing team of QA, fostering growth and technical excellence. Define, implement, and monitor key quality metrics and performance indicators. Oversee test planning, execution, and defect management across multiple projects and platforms. Collaborate with software development, product management, and other stakeholders to ensure quality is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle. Drive the adoption of automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines to enhance testing efficiency and reliability. Proactively identify and address potential quality risks and bottlenecks. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in software quality assurance. Taking responsibility for release ownership, focusing on stability, quality, and achieving the release goals. You have Experience: Over 5 years of experience in QA, preferably with leading a QA team or managing QA processes QA Methodologies and Tools: In-depth knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and processes, with expertise in TDD and BDD practices. Metrics and Reporting: Experience in collecting and presenting transparent metrics, including test coverage, to ensure high-quality standards. Test Automation: Proficiency in automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar tools, and scripting skills in Python, JavaScript, or PHP. CI/CD : Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines. Agile Expertise: Extensive experience working in Scrum teams and a deep understanding of Agile methodologies. Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across teams. Software Testing Lifecycle: Comprehensive knowledge of the software testing lifecycle, from planning to execution and reporting. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs. Bonus Sustainability Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with battery lifecycle management or sustainability topics is a bonus. Understanding DevOps practices. Why us? Flexible hours.
