We're seeking a talented Senior Online Marketing Manager to join our team and drive our online growth. Our vision: Don’t think about mobility. Our Mission: One app, one rate, all rides. We're building a platform that seamlessly integrates various modes of transportation, from public transit to shared rides and personal vehicles. Our goal is to make multimodal mobility the preferred choice for everyone. Tasks E-commerce Management: Oversee our e-commerce operations on platforms like WordPress and WooCommerce, ensuring a seamless user experience and optimizing for conversions. Paid Advertising: Strategically manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to maximize ROI and drive customer acquisition. SEO: Implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and attract qualified traffic to our website. Affiliate Marketing: Develop and manage affiliate marketing programs to expand our reach and generate revenue through partnerships. Referral Marketing: Create and execute referral programs to encourage customer loyalty and drive word-of-mouth marketing. Data Analysis: Analyze website traffic, marketing campaigns, and customer behavior to identify trends and optimize performance. Requirements Proven experience in online marketing, with a strong focus on e-commerce and digital advertising. In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO best practices, and affiliate marketing strategies. Proficiency in WordPress and WooCommerce, as well as other relevant marketing tools. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform decision-making. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Passion for the mobility industry and a desire to contribute to a rapidly growing startup. Fluent in English and German --> you need to write all our marketing materials in both languages European residence and work permit in an EU country Benefits Compensation We offer an equity-based compensation package for the first year, recognizing your contribution to our early-stage growth. So you can work from wherever you want. We do a team OffSite every 6 weeks, there your presence is mandatory (generally somewhere around Germany) We work in a 4-day week at the same salary level as a 5-day week (soonest salaries are paid) → so Fridays are off! Equity in the company. Salary : We are bootstrapping our business, that’s why we are not able to pay any salary for the 1st+ year. Equity-based remuneration only. That means, you need to be able to cover your rent and living expenses for 1+ year.
