Stellenbeschreibung: As a Senior Manual QA Tester, you will join the R&D team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and customer support, to identify, escalate and resolve quality issues, as well as develop and maintain quality metrics and reports. What you will do: Develop and execute manual test plans, test cases, and scripts to ensure that products meet quality standards for the R&D team. Work closely with the development and product management teams to understand product requirements and communicate changes Perform root cause analysis on quality issues and work with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions. Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports, and communicate quality status and progress to stakeholders. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the QA processes, and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with customer support to identify, escalate and resolve quality issues reported by customers. The optimal candidate: At least 4-5 years of experience in software quality assurance, API testing or UI/UX testing Knowledge of API Testing principles and best practices Proficiency in manual API Testing using Postman is a must Knowledge of writing pre-request scripts and tests for automated test runs with Postman, is a plus Knowledge of Databases - performing transactions, running scripts etc. Demonstrated interest in developing and implementing QA strategies, policies, procedures, and standards. Good knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and techniques. Handson with QA process management i.e. ticket creation, management & prioritization etc. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment is a plus.
