Join us at our Berlin headquarters as (Senior) Information Security Officer (m/w/d). WHAT YOU'LL DO Develop, implement, and monitor a strategic, comprehensive company information security and IT risk management program, based on the Oetker Group-wide security directive Manage and assist in the development in implementation of the information security policies, procedures, and guidelines Provide guidance and counsel to the C-Level, the senior management team, and staff about information security and its alignment with business objectives and risk management Work directly with the business units to facilitate risk assessment and risk management processes, and work with stakeholders throughout the company on identifying acceptable levels of residual risk Oversee incident response planning as well as the investigation of security breaches, and assist with disciplinary and legal matters associated with such breaches as necessary Manage the daily operation and execution for information security, disaster recovery, and IT risk management Stay up to date on new technologies, security trends and threats in order to adapt security strategies accordingly Requirements WHAT YOU'LL BRING Fluent in English and German (mandatory for this role) Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field; Master’s degree preferred A minimum of 7 years of experience in a combination of risk management, information security and IT jobs Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong detail orientation Outstanding communication abilities, capable of effectively articulating complex technical information to non-technical audiences Experience with contract and vendor negotiations and management including managed services Knowledgeable with various information security frameworks and compliance practices specific to the food and beverage industry Experience with Cloud platforms (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) security Professional certification in information security (CISSP, CISM, etc.) are welcome WHAT WE OFFER Modern and dog friendly office located at the heart of Berlin Hybrid working model with flexible working hours for a healthy work-life balance We work in cross-functional and international teams and have regular company/team events 28 days of paid vacation, plus Christmas and New Year’s Eve off, as well as the possibility to take a sabbatical or additional unpaid leave 10 paid child’s sick days per year Annual learning and development budget purchase educational resources up to €1.500 Equipment of your choice: Macbook or Lenovo, plus additional devices for your home office set up In house conversational German classes for beginners Subsidized Urban Sports Club Membership or BVG Deutschland Ticket Mental well-being support, including individual sessions, through our partner Likeminded Company pension scheme and personal accident insurance Corporate discounts from a wide range of external partners
