To strengthen our team in Tübingen near Stuttgart, we are currently looking to recruit a Senior IFRS Manager (f/m/d) Your Responsibilities: First point of contact for IFRS accounting topics, including management and Executive Board (Audit Committee) Preparation of the corresponding technical statements (accounting memos) Responsibility for the implementation of new or amended accounting standards Development and updating of accounting guidelines and processes Ensure compliance regarding IFRS accounting Contribute to preparation and audit of the IFRS consolidated financial statements and other forms of financial reports Preparation of IFRS-related SOX controls Act as an interface to auditors and other external parties to assure smooth handling of all accounting issues Preparation and conducting inhouse IFRS trainings Your Qualifications: University degree in Finance, Accounting, or an equivalent qualification Several years of relevant experience in IFRS accounting / financial reporting; experience with audits is an asset Sound knowledge of IFRS, certification in IFRS is desired Experience in global business environments encompassing international legal entities is a plus High ethical standards and integrity to handle sensitive financial information Strong business acumen and attention to detail Excellent analytical and process-oriented skills with a strong hands-on approach Strong communication skills and team orientation in a dynamic environment Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and advanced MS Excel skills Fluency in German and English We offer: We offer you a challenging and varied opportunity with an innovative and dynamic company that is expanding.
