With our enthusiasm and determination, we support well-known clients from the telecommunications, automotive, IT, medical and retail sectors in analyzing their corporate data and work with them to develop action-oriented solutions that support data-driven decisions. Our passion is data and we want to make it accessible to everyone in meaningful visualizations, ad hoc reports and sophisticated analyses. We are looking for a proactive Data Engineering Team Lead to understand and communicate our company's vision, seamlessly integrate these into daily operations, and focus on the continuous development and success of the data engineering team in achieving strategic goals. Aufgaben You consult with clients to gather, understand, and analyse their unique requirements and objectives, to define use cases and develop technical solutions that align with their strategic goals You lead, plan, execute and deliver complex data projects, ensuring they meet timelines, budget constraints and quality standards You design and implement data pipelines (ETL/ELT processes) and CI/CD pipelines, while also planning and supporting the modelling of Data Warehouses You maintain and expand existing cloud infrastructures and Data Warehouses, continuously optimising processes for cost-efficiency, performance, and stability You provide technical, professional, and personal support to your team members You cooperate closely with your colleagues from the Data Visualization, Digital Analytics and Data Science teams to develop innovative solutions You create impactful presentations and deliver insightful training sessions and workshops for both clients and colleagues Qualifikation A degree from a university or technical college in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field Several years of professional experience as a Data Engineer, Data Analyst, or Data Scientist, ideally within Marketing Analytics or a similar field Hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining data pipelines Strong proficiency in SQL and Python, along with experience in BI cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, Prefect), and modelling frameworks (e.g., dbt) Good project management skills, excellent analytical abilities, and strong communication skills Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken Benefits Exciting, varied projects with well-known customers from various industries right from the start Personal responsibility and involvement in strategic development An open working atmosphere and flat hierarchies with competent colleagues Further training and certifications as well as participation in events and conferences Flexible working hybrid or on site in our state-of-the-art offices in Munich or at Schliersee Noch ein paar Worte zum Schluss We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer (m/f/d) to join our team with immediate effect.
