Tasks As a Senior Data Analyst, your mission is to empower businesses with data-driven insights and strategies that propel their growth and success. You do not accept a solution, but ask for the "Why?”. You will play a pivotal role in transforming data into actionable insights, enabling our clients to make informed and trusted judgments and gain an advantage in their respective industries . In addition to that, you will contribute to the growth of our organization by mentoring and guiding associate data professionals and sharing your knowledge and expertise to foster their professional development. Furthermore, you will responsibly stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies , continuously nurturing your skills and providing thought leadership and support within our company. By embracing this mission, you will help businesses unlock the potential of their data, driving tangible results, sharing your knowledge with colleagues, and enthusiastically nurturing decision-making in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. Requirements We believe in a good mixture of experience and upside in our team. For this role, related experience is required in addition to a proof of trajectory. Besides that we are looking for the following: 2 or more years of experience as an analyst in a fast-paced environment driving projects and business insights Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability for critical thinking and reflection Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities Ability to leverage both SQL and visualization tools to generate insights for our clients Business Fluency (C2 or native) in German Preferred: You managed to bring a data science model to production Preferred: You have strong expertise in one or more core functional data areas (e.g. product/marketing/operational/etc.) Benefits We are located in Berlin, close to Nordbahnhof. We are currently 15 colleagues and will grow to 23 colleagues in the next 12 to 18 months.
