- Intro We are currently seeking a (Senior) Customer Success Manager to
join our team at iO, a global digital asset infrastructure for
financial institutions and enterprises. As a (Senior) Customer Success
Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering our product to the
customer. In this role, you will engage our customers to build an
effective strategic partnership by driving and executing expansion and
adoption activities, demonstrating technical best practices, and
building and developing new relationships. You will drive annual
recurring revenue (ARR) through expansion and success planning
activities. You will work closely with our CPO to develop strategies
that align with our company goals. The ideal candidate should have a
strong background in project management, excellent presentation skills
and a deep understanding of the finance and digital assets market. If

Tasks You present our team at the customer's top management level to
identify the strategic business outcomes (e.g., target operating
model, etc.) You apply a deep understanding of customer business to
match products and services that will allow them to achieve the
identified business outcomes or transformation. You accompany
customers from the first kick-off through the onboarding phase to the
global roll-out of our platform You coordinate functional and
technical specialists within our and customer organizations, to
deliver activities that will improve adoption levels You analyze
customer needs and influencing factors and advise customers on the
development of ideas and concepts for the use of our software You are
responsible for conducting webinars and workshops on-site or online
You will drive us forward with your ideas for the further development
of our platform Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, finance,
or a related field You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in
project management You have excellent communication and interpersonal
skills You have a strong customer orientation and are eager to work in
a team or can manage projects by yourself You have a hands-on
mentality and the ability to prioritize different topics You have good
analytical skills, a structured way of working and the drive to
constantly improve yourself You are fluent in German and English
Familiarity with financial services and digital assets is a plus
Benefits Salary : we offer a competitive minimum fixed salary of
5.417€ per month depending on experience with a bonus on top.
