Aufgaben Collaborate with clients to assess and optimize their global supply chain strategies, processes, and operations. Provide expert guidance and recommendations on supply chain management, procurement, and sourcing practices. Conduct thorough analyses to identify areas for improvement and develop tailored solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Lead cross-functional teams in implementing supply chain transformation initiatives and ensure successful project delivery. Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including supplier management and strategic sourcing activities. Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in global supply management. Qualifikation Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or strategic sourcing, with a focus on global operations. In-depth knowledge of supply chain concepts, including demand planning, inventory management, logistics, and supplier relationship management. Proven expertise in driving process improvements and cost savings in global supply chains. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract insights from complex data sets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and cross-functional teams. Project management experience, with the ability to lead and execute multiple projects concurrently. Proficiency in supply chain software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, demand planning software, supplier management platforms).
