triple digits million GMV. They are seeking a highly motivated and
talented individual to join the team as Senior Business Development
Manager . As a key member of the team, they are looking for a dynamic
individual who can adapt to rapidly changing situations, take
initiative, and contribute to the growth and success of the startup.
Tasks Lead Generation : Identify, prospect, and develop new business
opportunities through various channels such as cold calls, emails,
networking, and social media. Client Relationship Management : Build
and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners,
and stakeholders. Ensure customer satisfaction and seek opportunities
for upselling or cross-selling. Negotiate partnership agreements and
manage ongoing collaborations. Sales and Revenue Growth : Meet and
exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and growth objectives. Create and
present compelling proposals and solutions to potential clients.
Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify
potential business opportunities and areas for growth. Stay updated on
industry trends, competitors, and emerging markets. Strategic
Planning: Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute
growth strategies. Set clear, measurable objectives and Key
Performance Indicators (KPIs). Team Collaboration : Work closely with
cross-functional teams, including operations, procurement, and
engineers, to ensure a seamless customer experience. Requirements You
possess a Bachelor's degree or Master´s degree in Business or a
related field You are interested in and passionate about growth

international team You have strong analytical and communication skills

You demonstrate ability to speak directly with customers, suppliers,
