Stellenbeschreibung: Intro Aero Enterprise is a service and development company, that specializes in the airborne inspection of wind turbines using drones. We are top in the development of hardware and software and in inspection services. We are operating internationally, with a focus on Europe. Our team consists of young, motivated technicians and software engineers. Tasks Design, implement and maintain new features to interactively process and visualize inspection data Optimize existing code for peak performance and create DRY and reusable code for future use, act as sparring partner for system architecture Tight cooperation with the whole engineering and software development team, where you can try your own ideas and drive future success Support and lead Junior Developers Check requirements for technical feasibility Requirements 3+ years’ experience with Java and the Spring framework ecosystem (Hibernate, JPA, etc.) Understanding of Git and Continuous Integration Experience with relational databases (we are using MySQL) Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Proficient in German or English Great, but not a must Experience with DevOps (Docker, GitLab, …) Knowledge of project management tools like JIRA Benefits What we offer A multi-cultural environment with inspiring colleagues Flat organizational structure, independent work, high level of personal responsibility Flextime and Home Office options (3 days in/2 days out) Full time (38.5h) or at least 30 h per week Various employee benefits Workplace in Linz, Austria Closing Minimum Salary: According to actual experience and in compliance with the Austrian "Metaller-Kollektivvertrag” € 50.000.- for 38,5 hrs/week).
