Our client, a leading company in the insurance sector, is looking for a dedicated Claims Handler to join their team in Frankfurt am Main. Tasks Provide comprehensive support and advice to customers on claims reduction, regulation, and preparation. Work closely with the Claims Management team to identify recovery opportunities and handle recovery claims for assigned cases. Negotiate with customers on the extent of damage and/or coverage to achieve a quick, just, and fair resolution for all parties involved. Ensure your knowledge of insurance policies, claims adjustment procedures, regulatory practices, and technical requirements is always current. Occasionally visit customers on-site to provide support in claims cases. Requirements High level of self-organization and excellent time management. Keen attention to detail and strong communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with experience in negotiation and consultancy. Successfully completed studies or a vocational training (e.g., Insurance and Finance Clerk) with initial experience in property insurance. Understanding of insurance claims processes.
