Join us and contribute your skills and expertise as a Salesforce Developer (m/f/d) Your Responsibilities You will be member of a team developing SPORTFIVE into the most data-driven agency in the sports business using the Salesforce platform and technology You will work together with business analysts and demand managers on clarification of technical requirements and solution design You will analyze technical requirements and take care of implementationconcept, customization and test You will prepare user doucmentation and training material and assist business owners in trainings You will enable the user support team to provide basic user support for Salesforce and analyze and solve escalated issues You will take care of Salesforce instance monitoring, corrective measurements, mass data import and management Your Profile You have successfully completed your studies in business informatics, computer science or have concluded a similar relevant training You are an experienced Salesforce Consultant/ Developer Your have good knowledge of operational processes in sales, marketing and/or customer service You have knowledge in Salesforce administration, design, development and architecture You possess a high IT affinity and good analytical skills, problem solving skills and team spirit Experience in project management will be an advantage Certifications for Salesforce Sales, Service, Marketing and/or Commerce Cloud are plus, high Trailhead rating will be considered Your communication skills in English are strong, German will be an advantage You have passion for (e)sports & entertainment and exciting world of the global sports business What we offer you An innovative Environnement: An exciting role within the sports business, a dedicated team with short communications and decision-making channels Fair development opportunities: space for personal and thematic development, supported by individual development planning with supplementary CPD and "Training on the job” Family-friendly atmosphere: to promote work/life balance, including via flexible working hours, more sick leave for children than usual, mobile working, job-sharing and a free family service.
