That is where you come in! Aufgaben As a Business Development
Representative (BDR), you'll find plenty of opportunities to launch
your career in sales or enter the dynamic space of tech and SaaS,
regardless of your background. In this role, you'll be the primary
point of contact for prospects and tasked with initiating new business
initiatives. Your responsibilities will include identifying,
nurturing, and qualifying business opportunities through targeted
outreach and collaboration with our sales and marketing teams. The BDR
team serves as a catalyst for our revenue growth and plays a central
role in expanding our business. Your innate curiosity will be
invaluable as you work with our partners to develop solutions that
meet our customers unique needs in a rapidly evolving environment.

your success. We provide comprehensive training and support led by our
leaders, peers, and extended team. You help us develop our
partnerships with Salesforce and other relevant players within our
partner network As this is a sales function, the success metrics are
tied to the monthly quotas for qualified business opportunities and
deals closed by the team. Your self-motivation and goal-oriented
approach are key to your success. You actively engage with new and
existing leads through innovative follow-up strategies and work
closely with the Account Executives to move the qualified pipeline
through the sales cycle. You formulate strategies to address customer
needs and demonstrate the value and return on investment by building
trust and credibility with internal and external stakeholders. Profil
You have a degree in (business) information technology, business
administration or a comparable degree. You have approximately 4-6
years of professional experience in software sales or business
development. You are well connected within the Salesforce community in
the region. Technical affinity and enthusiasm for new, innovative
concepts and working in a dynamic environment. You enrich our dynamic

comfortable in our environment, are growth-oriented and eager to
learn, and drive our success with a tendency to act and perform. You
are characterized by a high work ethic and commitment to fulfilling
your tasks. You speak fluent German and English and impress with your
