- Intro – Contribute to the sustainable transformation of the business
world with AI – Empacto, a Munich-based pre-seed tech start-up,
provides a learning platform that delivers AI-driven,
hyper-personalized e-learning courses in sustainability for
medium-sized to large companies. These courses are tailored to
customer needs and employee skill levels, helping businesses scale
their sustainability transformation while enhancing individual skills
– and WE are looking for you! Support our dynamic team and
contribute to the development of our learning content. Tasks What
you’ll be working on Your will be working closely with our
Co-Founder Max to take Empacto to 1m ARR . This includes the following
areas: Sales - 85% of your time Lead Generation: Support efforts to
generate leads. Cold Outreach: Support Max and learn cold outreach
techniques (e.g. cold email, cold calling, social selling, etc.)
Customer Acquisition: Execute customer meetings and strategies. => we
consider cold calling an essential part of our go-to-market strategy
=> you don't have to have a lot of experience in cold calling, but you
have to up for the challenge and be willing to learn it Marketing &
Strategy - 15% of your time Sales Strategy: Help develop and refine
sales strategies. Product Positioning: Align product features with
market needs. Data Analysis: Analyze data to inform go-to-market
strategies. Market Research: Analyze market trends, prospects, and
competition. Marketing Campaigns: Develop, plan and measure marketing
campaigns. Event Coordination: Plan industry events and webinars. Your
own work: You have your own ideas or want to contribute in another

are motivated to build something new from scratch and don't hesitate
to get your hands dirty You are passionate for Sales & Marketing and
ready to learn how top tier SaaS companies do sales Ambition to build
a large tech-company from scratch Interest in AI and Sustainability
Fluent English – but no problem if you are proficient in further
