both from our offices in Germany and remotely. We're looking for

working together to build and grow every day. Tasks As the Sales
working student at CONROO, you will get an opportunity to grow, learn,
and play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts while gaining
valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. You will
work closely with our CEO, Felix, and contribute directly to the
success of our business. Lead Generation : Support with identifying &
qualifying potential leads through research, outreach, and cold
calling efforts. Customer Outreach : Assist with customer outreach to
introduce our product, highlight our value proposition, and follow up
to nurture relationships and drive sales growth. Sales Operations :
Assist with inside sales tasks, including preparing presentations,
updating HubSpot contacts, and supporting sales team activities.
Market Analysis : Analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and
customer insight to deliver actionable data that strengthens our sales
strategy. Requirements Essential skills and experiences: Currently
pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in management, logistics, and
sales, or a related field, with above-average academic results
Native-level proficiency in German is required, with fluent English
proficiency to ensure effective communication Exceptional time
management, prioritisation, and multitasking abilities Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in PowerPoint and/or
Google Slides Personal values and beliefs: A strong sense of
ownership, with the ability to work independently, take on a high
level of responsibility, and a drive to make a meaningful impact A
commitment to consistently raise standards by improving quality and
efficiency in all aspects of work An independent, hands-on mindset
with a 'never-stop-learning' attitude and a desire to grow alongside
the team A strong sense of accountability, taking initiative to see
tasks through to completion and proactively addressing challenges
