Sales Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting
our key customers by overseeing day-to-day operations and managing
product launches for standard and limited editions. You’ll act as a
key liaison between external sales partners and internal international
teams, ensuring smooth communication and coordination. You will work
closely with Key Account Managers, independently handling various
projects, from planning quantities and materials to preparing listing
documents. Your analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong
communication skills will drive successful outcomes in a dynamic
environment. Aufgaben What you will do? Independent support of the
assigned customers Organization of the market launch of new standard
and limited products at the customers by e.g. planning of quantities
and materials, preparation of listing documents Interface between
external sales partners and all related internal international
departments Independent handling of day-to-day operations as well as
initiation and processing of various projects Close cooperation with
the respective Key Account Managers Qualifikation What we want from
you? Successfully completed commercial training or studies and at
least three years of professional experience in sales or comparable
activities Very good written and spoken German and English, Polish
would be an advantage Familiarity with MS-Office and SAP, especially
very good knowledge of Excel Quick comprehension capability, detail
orientation and affinity for numbers and analytics Ability to work
under pressure, ability to work in a team, initiative and a high level
