- Aufgaben You drive revenue growth and market share for VESTIGAS by
identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You develop and
execute sales strategies that align with the company's goals and
objectives. You take responsibility for the entire sales process from
first contact to closed deal. You build and maintain strong
relationships with customers and prospects to maximize sales
opportunities and drive customer satisfaction. You collaborate with
the product and marketing teams to develop compelling value
propositions and go-to-market strategies. You help set and achieve
sales targets and other key performance indicators. You manage the
sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts and reports to
senior management. You embrace our culture of proactiveness, respect,
and performance and be an all-around great team member! Qualifikation
Proven track record of success in B2B sales , preferably in
SaaS-Startups and/or the construction industry. Strong negotiation and
communication skills , with the ability to build rapport with
customers and influence buying decisions. Strategic thinking and the
ability to identify new business opportunities and develop sales
strategies to capitalize on them. Strong grasp of IT-systems and the
interplay between different solutions, processes and APIs. Experience
managing sales teams and driving performance through coaching and
mentoring. Excellent organizational and time - management skills ,
with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical skills , with the ability to analyze market data and
customer insights to inform sales strategies. Fluency in German is
