Our company is looking for a Sales Manager (m/f/d) who works for regional sales management and marketing and directly reports to the team leader and head of sales in Frankfurt. Tasks Work Scope: As our new Sales Manager, you will be mainly responsible for business related to suspension product (customer: mainly Mercedes Benz and Stellantis) Cost Review/Analysis, Quotation for new programs or change management (including quote letter, cost breakdown, and necessary documents for bidding) Commercial negotiation Working with the customer for specific processes and tools (logistics, quality, change management, etc.) Working with the teams in Korea and Europe (Germany, Poland, Italy) Acquisition of new programs to increase product portfolio Build a trustful and long-term relationship with the appointed customer Support the definition of short and long-term goals for the account Sales specific tasks according to the given process definition Requirements Requirements: Bachelor's degree (or above) in business, economics, international sales/management, engineering or similar discipline Having work experience as a sales manager in an automotive industry or equivalent careers such as engineering, project manager, quality, cost estimator, or program manager in the automotive industry or equivalent industry Understanding of the sales process and dynamics Competency in MS Office applications, in specific advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are mandatory Basic technical knowledge and attention (ideal case in Chassis Technology) Fluent German and English language skills are mandatory French or Italian language skill is an advantage Strong mind and working attitude to succeed tasks High understanding of multicultural issues/conflicts and experiences to solve them out in the working environment (Time zone difference with the Headquarter in Korea) Assertive person with very good communication and organizational skills Team-minded, reliable, and flexible talent Benefits Permanent employment 30 days of vacation Welfare card Company pension plan Flexible working time - by flexi-time Employee discounts: Mando employees benefit from various discounts Open-minded and friendly working atmosphere in an international environment
