continue to scale, we’re looking for a driven Sales Manager to join
our team in Berlin starting January 2025 . You’ll be pivotal in
growing our customer base, building strong relationships, and shaping
our go-to-market strategy. Collaborating closely with our Co-Founders
and leadership team, you’ll play a critical role in making trade
compliance faster, smarter, and more efficient for businesses
worldwide. Aufgaben Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting and
qualifying leads to closing deals and onboarding new clients Build
relationships with key decision-makers in mid- to large-sized
enterprises, ensuring our platform meets their unique needs Develop
and execute sales strategies that align with our ambitious growth
goals Identify customer pain points and effectively communicate how
traide AI can address them Collaborate with our Product and Customer
Success teams to refine messaging and ensure a seamless customer
journey Actively track and report sales metrics to the leadership team
Qualifikation 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or related
fields, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Strong understanding of consultative selling and the ability to
navigate complex enterprise sales cycles Exceptional communication and
negotiation skills with an ability to build lasting relationships
Proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot and data-driven sales
methodologies Fluency in German and English A self-starter mentality
with a passion for achieving results in a fast-paced startup
